Over the past decade, I have wholeheartedly cultivated a deep love and respect for the practice of yoga and the lifestyle it has brought into my life. I have benefited tremendously from yoga, pranayama, and meditation—both on and off my mat.
This practice has helped me cultivate greater compassion and grace, not only for myself, but for others as well. Yoga has changed the way I see the world, but more importantly, it has changed the way I see myself and how I choose to show up in the world.
Yoga has given me a safe space to come home to myself—to pause, to listen, to heal, and to grow. In learning how to create that space within myself, I have also learned how to hold space for others.
I am deeply grateful for the wisdom and philosophy yoga has shared with me, and I am both eager and excited to share these teachings and self-loving practices with you.
